• 3-Day Return Policy for Damaged Items: We offer a 3-day return window for damaged or defective items upon receipt. Please initiate the return within 3 days after receiving the item.

• Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. For damaged items, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Initiating a Return: To start a return for damaged items, please describe the issue and send pictures showing the problem to our support email at adamfayed0069@gmail.com. If your return meets the criteria, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

• Other Eligible Returns: In addition to the 3-day return policy for damaged items, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of purchase for other qualifying returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Before Shipment: All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If you need to change or cancel your paid order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours, the packaging and shipping process may have already begun, and orders may no longer be canceled.
